Our Manufacturing Standard
Every ZolinWorks flexible water tank is produced entirely in-house at our Hangzhou facility. We operate our own high-frequency (HF) welding machines, which means we control quality at every stage of production — from raw material inspection to final seam testing. We do not outsource welding or fabrication to third parties.
Material Grades
We use two primary material families, selected based on the application requirements of each product line:

Welding Process
All seams are produced using high-frequency (HF) dielectric welding, the industry's most reliable method for bonding coated fabrics. HF welding creates a molecular-level bond across the full seam width, eliminating the risk of delamination or adhesive failure that can occur with glued seams. Our double-track welding process applies two parallel weld lines on every seam, providing a redundant seal.
Quality Management
Our production processes are managed under an ISO 9001-aligned quality management framework. Each tank undergoes a full inflation and pressure-hold test before shipment. Dimensional tolerances are verified against the approved drawing, and all fittings are torque-tested to specification.

For trade partners and distributors, we offer full OEM and private-label manufacturing. This includes custom branding, custom colour matching, bespoke sizing, and documentation in your required language. Export Compliance
All products are exported under standard Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF) from Hangzhou, China. We provide full commercial documentation including packing lists, certificates of origin, and material safety data sheets (MSDS) for all materials used.
