Quality & Testing
ZolinWorks manufactures HF-welded flexible water tanks at our Hangzhou facility. Material, dimensions, fittings, testing and document requirements are reviewed against the confirmed project specification before order.
Production controls
Cutting, HF welding, fitting assembly, inspection and export packing are controlled through the production facility. The inspection and evidence plan depends on the selected material, tank configuration, intended liquid and destination market.
Current testing and certification status
- B1 fire test under DIN 4102-1: held and applicable only to the tested product and material scope.
- Safe-drinking-water projects: TPU constructions can be manufactured for safe-drinking-water requirements. AS/NZS 4020 certification for Australia and New Zealand is currently in application. Confirm the destination standard and evidence required at enquiry.
Project documentation
Available inspection records, material documents, packing documents and destination-specific evidence are confirmed in the quotation or order specification. Do not assume that a test or certificate for one material or configuration applies to another.
OEM and private-label review
For OEM and distributor projects, capacity, dimensions, material, fittings, branding, packing and required evidence are reviewed before pricing and production. Approved drawings and the written order specification remain the controlling project documents.
