Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale describe the general commercial basis for B2B orders placed with ZolinWorks. Final order terms may be supplemented or replaced by quotation, proforma invoice, purchase order, sales contract, specification sheet, testing agreement, or other written documents accepted by both parties.

1. Order basis

All products are supplied on a business-to-business basis. Product type, dimensions, capacity, material grade, fittings, color, packaging, branding, quantity, and testing scope must be confirmed before production.

2. Quotation and acceptance

A quotation does not bind ZolinWorks until the order is confirmed in writing. Pricing, MOQ, sample terms, tooling, freight terms, lead time, and payment terms may vary by project.

3. Payment

Payment terms are confirmed per order. Production normally begins only after agreed deposit, prepayment, or other commercial conditions have been met.

4. Lead time

Production and dispatch timing depends on order quantity, customization level, material availability, production scheduling, inspection requirements, and shipping arrangements. Any lead time shown on the website is indicative unless confirmed in writing.

5. Shipping terms

Shipment method, Incoterms, export packing, freight responsibility, and destination handling must be agreed per order.

6. Inspection and acceptance

Buyers are responsible for reviewing approved specifications before production and for inspecting goods on receipt. Any visible shortage, transit damage, or specification issue should be reported promptly with photos, quantity details, and shipment references.

7. Custom and made-to-order products

Many ZolinWorks products are custom-made or production-scheduled to buyer requirements. Once raw materials are allocated, custom fittings are prepared, or production has started, cancellation or change may not be possible without cost impact.

8. Warranty and claims

Any warranty, quality claim handling, repair support, or replacement arrangement is subject to the agreed order terms, actual product condition, installation method, storage conditions, use environment, and evidence provided.

9. Governing documents

Where there is any inconsistency between the website and signed commercial documents, the signed or confirmed transaction documents govern.
