ZolinWorks supplies flexible water tanks and welded fabric products mainly through B2B inquiry, quotation, and export order handling.

Shipping basis

Shipping is not calculated as a standard consumer checkout service. Freight, dispatch timing, and delivery terms depend on the order quantity, tank format, packing method, destination country, port, Incoterms, and buyer requirements.

Before shipment

Dispatch timing

Dispatch timing begins from the point at which the order is commercially and technically cleared for production, including payment confirmation, drawing approval where needed, and final specification confirmation.

Delivery responsibility

Delivery responsibility is governed by the agreed shipping terms for the order. Buyers may be responsible for import clearance, duties, taxes, inland transport, or destination handling depending on the agreed Incoterms.

Claims

If there is a shipment problem, please contact us promptly with your order or invoice reference, product name and quantity affected, photos or video where relevant, packing or shipment labels, and a short description of the issue.

Returns

Because many ZolinWorks products are custom, project-based, or made to confirmed B2B specifications, general consumer-style returns do not apply. Any return, replacement, or commercial adjustment is handled case by case against the confirmed order documents and the actual condition of the goods.
